how is the team matching in league of legends in SEA

in south east Asia, the server for league of legends is Garena  , the thing is i really don't know how this team matching works. when i am at level 6 i start playing and the opponent are from level 5 or 10 then i win few times then opponent are level 14 then i win again then the opponent are level  20 plus.

how this matching happens ? is there a way for the Garena to make people lose ?

i mean i need to lose every 2 or 3 match i win ? zzzzz

always there are leavers and i say there are no report ! but i report every time and i see the guys all the time playing as Noobs , what i must do /simply make a black list and put the people and check the names ?

really this report thing in Garena dose not work , so many times people are swearing in the game feeding and etc we report but we see them in the next game , if there are rules and then we like the league of legends because of these things then why this kinda thing happens always ?

even in ranked games there are noobs and i really don't know is there any penalty or system in this server to pick up the best ? or it just a way to make people nervous and feel bad about themselves and the game as well .

so if its like this really what we have to do. i guess league of legends got so much good things inside but if its like this i prefer the travian and other games . if there is no explanation for this matching and report thing is not working so i will leave this game hell yes.

Tips for beginners in League of Legends "hero types"

The League of Legends is an RST multilayer game published by Riot Games for windows, inspired by the popular Dota Alistar map for Warcraft III. It was first announced on October 7, 2008, and released on October 27, 2009.

Players are formed into 2 even teams of Champions, 3v3 or 5v5. As of 3 April 2012 there are more than 95 different champions from which to choose. Each player begins at opposing sides of a map in an area called the Spawning Pool, near what is called a Nexus. A match is won when either team's nexus is destroyed. To destroy a Nexus, each team must work through a series of Turrets placed along a path to each base referred to as a Lane.

League of Legends is a game that can only be mastered through practice, much like any other real-time strategy game but there are some tips which can help you over the game playing.

firstly there are some common tips which every body must know them

there are more than six kind of roles in the LOL:

1 : Tanker :

 a team without a tanker will lose , tanker is the hero which has the most HP and also a way to regenerate to manage tank all the damages from the enemies. he is mostly harassing the enemies and must be supported because his damage is no so much.

2 Nuke :

they are providing the magical damage for the team , each team needs one nuke at list to manage and more nukes will weakening the team for sure , coz they are easy targets for assasins due to the low Hp.

3 : AD carry :

It means a champion based on physical attacks and of course its mele , in the game when the tanker is trapped the carry must go and damage all enemies also his stuff must has area effect for sure.

4 : AD ranged :

an AD ranged is a fregile hero with low hp but high attack speed and high physical damage, each team must have one, they are always at back in a safe place never ask them to risk.

5 :  jungler :

most important role in ranked is jungler , the hero is inside the jungel since start untill level 8 or something and will gank other heroes lanes to help them.

6 : support :

most people don like to play support , but a good support with a good team will make a sweet win. supporters are supporting heroes, they provide other heroes mana and health and they are hard to beat early in the game.
